While they may vary, general guidelines include:

• Session length - The first coaching session lasts approximately 1-1/2 hours, allowing us to get to know each other, gain a comprehensive understanding of goals, and determine an action plan for moving forward. Each subsequent session lasts approximately one hour.
• Additional support - A five minute check-in is also available between sessions, as needed.
• Format - Sessions can be conducted in-person or via telephone.

Fees are $180 for the initial 90-minute session, and $150 for each following session

Complimentary 30-minute consultations available for potential new clients.
