First and foremost, I approach each client individually, helping them to explore and define their highest dreams, as well as the most effective path for achieving them.
And, as overall guideposts, I also draw on the following principles & philosophies to ensure the most positive outcome possible.
Three Key Steps
In general, I work with clients on the following areas:
1) Clearly defining your dreams
- what's the life you'd like to be living right now?
2) Overcoming obstacles - fears, limiting beliefs, etc.
- that have held you back so far.
3) Developing a tangible, creative action plan that
energizes you and propels you to move forward.
Of course, while these are great guidelines, coaching will definitely be tailored to meet each person's individual needs.
From the Inside Out
The next thing you should know is I believe real, sustainable change happens from the inside out. It's when we put 100% of our internal energy behind a new way of living that external change has a fighting chance to thrive.
Creating Awareness
Have you ever sabotaged something in your life, realizing it only after the demolition was complete? Actually, we do it all the time. I work with clients, helping them become more conscious of their actions and the choices they're making in life, to bring the self-sabotage to a halt. In the end, they walk away with a stronger, healthier relationship with the most important person of all - themselves.
Practical & Down to Earth
One of my biggest rules of thumb is that a tool isn't a tool unless it can be used in the real world. A successful tool is practical, tangible, intuitive and easily implemented.
And, importantly, these tools aren't just practiced when we're in session. I'm a big believer in homework. Using the tools in your day-to-day life is what will truly transform your world, after all.
Fun
Realizing your ideals in life should be fun! While there's definitely work involved, we'll do our best to ensure joy and laughter is a key component of everything we do.
Reality-Based Optimism
You might say it's my job to be the optimist, cheering my clients on - and you'd be right. Fortunately, it's also my nature. I believe everyone has inside of them everything they need to effectively move forward. My job is to recognize this truth for my clients 100% of the time - even in the moments where they can't - and then provide them with the tangible tools they need to create positive change. Given how incredible we all are as human beings, seeing the positive in people isn't really that tough to do!
