Nancy has served as a business leader for the past 21 years. She hails from a 19-year career as a Brand Strategy Director in Advertising, where she worked with clients such as Apple Computer, Energizer and Anheuser-Busch, motivating them to achieve their highest visions and goals.

Today, as a Coach and Trainer, Nancy has worked with hundreds of clients across the U.S. - both individuals and groups - helping them to fully step into their power as leaders and to become visionaries and change-makers within their organizations and lives.

Nancy does this by powerfully combining her extensive coaching background and education with real world experience - resulting in coaching and training courses that are tangible, high impact tools for achieving ultimate success.

Nancy currently creates custom-designed training & development programs for clients, as well as offering a wide range of pre-designed workshops. Additionally, she coaches one-on-one clients, conducts public speaking engagements / motivational speeches, leads innovation / ideation sessions, and writes articles to help people gain insight and create positive shifts in their businesses and lives.
